Booking and Cancellation Policy:
The holiday package is subject to an advance payment of 30% of the total value stated in the package.
In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking under the holiday offer before 01.12.2024, no penalty is payable.
Cancellation of a confirmed booking under the holiday offer after 02.12.2024 will incur a penalty of 50% of the amount paid as deposit.
In the event of cancellation of a confirmed reservation under the Holiday Offer less than twenty (20) days prior to check-in or in the event of a no-show on the day of check-in, the amount paid in advance for the reservation will not be refunded and the reservation will be deemed cancelled.
