The program is applied for balneotherapy, rehabilitation and prevention of arthro-rheumatic diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis (Morbus Bechtezev) and others.
Rheumatoid arthritis: indications for balneology and callotreatment are patients in remission with minimal general inflammatory activity, with no data for visceralization / involvement of the internal organs /.
Contraindications to balneology and mud therapy are patients with a general inflammatory activity higher than the minimum, patients with corticosteroid therapy, with visceralization, ischemic heart disease, cardiac decompensation, etc.
Bechterev’s Disease – indications for balneology and mud are patients in remission with minimal overall inflammatory activity.
It is contraindicated in patients with high and moderate overall inflammatory activity, with data on visceralization and the presence of exudative joint changes and other general contraindications for balneotherapy.
The duration of the program is 3,5,7,10 days and includes 1 medical consultation, depending on how long the patient is staying and 3 therapeutic procedures per day.
Each patient is provided with an individual program tailored to his or her health.
